1. Services

Decent Graphics provides creative design services, including but not limited to branding, logo design, marketing materials, and digital media production. All services are provided based on the scope agreed upon in writing before work begins.

2. Quotes and Payment

• All quotes are valid for 20 days.
• A 80% deposit may be required before project commencement.
• Full payment must be made upon completion and before final files are delivered.
• Accepted payment methods: PayPal, UPI, bank transfer, credit card.
• Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per week overdue.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate project briefs and all required assets (text, logos, images).
• Reviewing and approving drafts in a timely manner.
• Ensuring that any content provided does not infringe on third-party rights.

4. Revisions and Turnaround

• Standard services include 2 rounds of revisions.
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
• Turnaround times vary based on project scope and availability, and are estimated in good faith.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client receives the rights to the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement.
• Decent Graphics retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or promotional materials, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds are not typically offered for completed work.
• If a project is canceled before completion, fees will apply for the work completed up to that point.
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

7. Limitation of Liability

Decent Graphics is not liable for:

• Loss of business, profits, or data from using our designs or services.
• Delays caused by client inaction or external third parties.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of INDIA, U.P. without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
