Most of our products and services are delivered digitally via email or through secure download links.

  • Delivery Method: Final files are sent to the client via email or a cloud link (Google Drive, Dropbox, wetransfer) upon project completion.
  • Delivery Timeframe: Delivery time is based on the project scope and will be communicated clearly during the onboarding or quoting process.
    • Example: Logo design – 5 to 7 business days after project confirmation.
  • File Formats: We typically deliver files in standard formats such as .JPG, .PNG, .PDF, .AI, or .PSD, as agreed upon in advance.

2. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If Decent Graphics offers physical products such as printed materials or merchandise:

  • Shipping Carrier: Orders are shipped via e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within e.g., 3–5 business days.
  • Estimated Delivery: Shipping times vary by location and will be provided at checkout or via email.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout or included in your invoice.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

3. Delays and Issues

  • Digital Projects: If you do not receive your files within the agreed timeframe, please contact us at decentgraphics2012@gmail.com.
  • Physical Shipments: We are not responsible for delays due to customs, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information provided by the client.

4. Download/Access Issues

If you experience trouble accessing or downloading your digital files, contact us immediately. We will ensure your access is restored or resend your files at no extra cost.
