Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice to Decent Graphics via email.

  • Before Work Begins: If you cancel before any work has commenced, a full refund will be issued.
  • After Work Begins: If work has started, you will be billed for the portion of the project completed up to the cancellation date. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
  • Project Pauses: If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 14 days, the project may be considered canceled, and no refund will be issued.

2. Refund Policy

  • Initial Deposit: Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Partial Refunds: If work is partially completed and the project is canceled, a partial refund may be issued based on uncompleted deliverables.
  • Final Deliverables: Once final files have been delivered or approved, no refunds will be granted.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Custom design work that has already been initiated
  • Rush fees or expedited delivery fees
  • Third-party costs or assets purchased on your behalf (stock images, fonts)

We aim to process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.

5. Disputes

We encourage clients to communicate any concerns promptly. If there is a disagreement, we will make reasonable efforts to reach a fair resolution.
